Samoflop is the second largest city (by population) in The Queendom of Sloughttopia. With around 2 million people, Samoflop is the only city in Sloughttopia where majority of the population doesn't speak english. The city is well known for its nature as a mixture of French architecture and Somali culture. The city is also known for being home to the Bronz Mall, the largest and most luxurious mall in Sloughttopia, the Flopingz park which is almost double the size of Central Park in NYC, and the Jiafei-Samoflop International airport which is the largest and most popular airport in Sloughttopia.

The city is where almost all of the origional Sloughttopian Somali settlements were located in the 19th century (mid 1800s). Somali refugees and immigrants utilized the land for farming and built some of the first ports in Sloughttopia there. The Somalis' impact on the city shows in the languages. The second most popular language, and most popular second language for citizens in Samoflop is Somali. French immigrants soon came to the lands of Samoflop in the 20th century (early 1900s). It was a common opinion among the French immigrants that France's colonial abuses were horrible and they learned to peacefully coexist with the Somalis. The French helped the Somalis to improve their architecture by using their knowledge of French engineering and architecture. This shows in the cities abundance of French style buildings. The French also showed the Somalis how to improve farming practices and taught them to farm without the reliance of animals. They implemented their language, making French the most spoken language in Samoflop.

Samoflop is north of Sloughttopia's capital city, Minajaji and borders Jiacakke and Leiville. The city is relatively flat and around half of it's border are made by the pacific ocean. The city is also relatively temperate and has a nice climate year round. The city's lack of elevation makes it prone to floods as far as a mile from the coast. The city is also downhill from the country's largest volcano, Mt. Jiafei. due to this, earthquakes and air pollution due to ash and smoke are frequent.
