The Second Jasubulu cabinet was formed on 30 June 2024 when the President of Uskad, S.R. Martin, appointed Peter Jasubulu once again, the position of Prime Minister. The PWP and the Together for Progress coalition won a supermajority in the 2024 general elections. The parties included in the cabinet were the previously governing PWP and Initiative, with two new parties joining the cabinet, the Socialists & Greens and the Tapakrebon National Party.
The government was formed from the Together for Progress coalition competing in the 2024 Uskadian general election, which the PWP led to a landslide victory, granting it a supermajority.
