The Second Korean War was a war fought between North Korea, South Korea, and Manchuria from 25 July 1997 to 27 August 1998. The war began on 25 June 1950 when North Korea invaded Manchuria, mainly because Manchuria accused the North Korean government of paying terrorist to , and to divert attention from the famine that was ravaging North Korea since the fall of the Soviet Union.
