Sabarian alphabet
There is an official Sabarian alphabet for Senian, although it is not the official alphabet of the Senian language. It differs from the traditional Sabarian alphabet as it was used in Coravia prior to the creation of modern-day Senia in several ways, including the usage of ⟨V⟩ instead of ⟨W⟩, the usage of ⟨L/Ĺ⟩ instead of ⟨Ł/L⟩ and the treating of the soft counterparts of /t/ and /d/ as soft /t/ and /d/ rather than soft /t͡s/ and /d͡z/ (represented in the spelling as ⟨Ŧ⟩ and ⟨Đ⟩ rathern than ⟨Ć⟩ and ⟨DŹ⟩ now). In regards to the spelling of the retroflex series, the official Senian alphabet uses diacritics in the Ornish tradition (č, š, ž) rather than the Lassian tradition (cz, sz, ż), though palatalisation is spelled as in Lassian with the addition of characters for /lʲ/ and /rʲ/: ⟨Ĺ⟩ and ⟨Ŕ⟩. The Albanic characters ⟨Ѕ⟩, ⟨Џ⟩ and ⟨Щ⟩ are represented with digraphs ⟨DZ⟩, ⟨DŽ⟩ and ⟨ŠČ⟩.
