Hua Zhjan (Yen: 華翦), better known by his religious name Shan Sheng (Yen: 善勝, 'victory of good'), is the leader of the Wusitwui since 2010. Previously a historian at an Yunlinese observatory, his leadership has seen the increased activity of the Wusitwui overseas in Asuran countries, reaching cooperation agreements with the governments of Qyred and Tangkuo, and an expansion in the strength and activities of the Wusitwui's armed forces in campaigns against Kaungiist insurgencies in East Catai.
