Discription of Country and Form of Government
What is the best nation in all the universe with amazing prices? Well, that is Shopping Valley, of course, located on a beautiful island off the coast of Yimanga. It is in the middle of space surrounded by purple and pink water. It is neighboring nations with Otanga, Oof Ganastan, Earium, and Yimanga. Shopping Valley is a Constitutional Monarchy. Basically, this means that Ashley Canelon, the queen, and Jhonny Applesmith, the King, have to obey the constitution and protect its people. If you want to know more about this magnificent and diverse country or want to know how to be a part of it, keep reading.
Etymology and Geography
Shopping Valley is named after what its people like to do best, shopping. It is named valley because of its geographical landmarks, which we will cover in a second. The temperature in Shopping Valley has the same regular temperature as some of its neighboring nations, which is 50ºF to 60ºF. Its vegetation consists of various flowers and we grow all our plants, including lettuce, grass, fruits and vegetables, and numerous other things. It’s geography includes mountains, various valleys which are Shopping Valley’s main landmarks, rivers, lakes and some beaches. The language in Shopping Valley is English and French. But, when you need to write or anything that is not verbal you need to use Shopgish. Shopgish is a language created so other people that are not citizens in Shopping Valley cannot read our thoughts or ideas. This language is basically just everything is the opposite, for example a is z, b is y, c is x, and so forth and so on.
Economy and Military
I have exceptional different allies, trade partners, and military rivals. My dearest allies are United Peace Mania, The Republic of Qûwåńâñį, and Satwika. My ever so helpful trade partners are Otanga, which S.V. is trading hairless cats for glitter and Earium, which S.V. is trading baby cats in return for weapons to defend ourselves from our most feared military rival. The only rival that Shopping Valley has is Oof Ganastan. Oof Ganastan and Shopping Valley have been going to war for three years, but I know that with perseverance we will beat Oof Ganastan in the future. I have many other trade partners including the following, Hunterker, Shopping Valley is giving them the comfiest sweaters for the best fans and Inner Urkey Gres Lair, they are so kindly giving me robot cats with lasers for actual cats. But, by far the nation that has helped me the most and the nation that will stand up for me with anything, they are both my allies and trade partners, this nation is Yimanga. They are giving candy for clothes and accessories.
Citizenship Process
To become a citizen in Shopping Valley you need to go through the Naturalization Process. To go through the Naturalization Process you can do it three ways. You need to either take a test about fruit loops, eat a whole bag of candy in under five minutes, or be given a list with ten items and they need to go into the national mall and find the items in under an hour. If you are born in Shopping Valley you are automatically a citizen, and that stands for your whole life. When doing so you pledge to meet the expectations of our motto and be willing to do charity when asked to. The only way that you can be rejected to be a citizen is if you have a criminal recorded or anything to cause harm or chaos, S.V. wants to keep their people safe. Shopping Calley wants to accept everyone and believes that each person deserves a chance and has the ability to do good.
Duties and Responsibilities
There are many things expected of you as a citizen of Shopping Valley. During war times there is no draft, if you want to fight to protect your nation please do so, but if you do not that is completely fine. Some of the many requirements as citizens are including attending court when called to, obeying each and every one of the laws, being a good moral person, paying taxes, and protecting the children of our nation at all costs. If you fail to complete these duties and responsibilities you will have to go into questioning. The judge will decide if you are guilty or not. If you are guilty the judge will also have the final say of how many years you spend in jail and the fee you have to pay, except if the King or Queen have anything to say about it. You will never be banned from S.V. if you are already a citizen.
Tourist Attractions
Shopping Valley has many different glamorous tourist attractions that you may enjoy. Our beaches are marvelous with the wind and glitter in your hair and the magnificent sight of the pink and purple beauty. They attract various unique people and creatures. There is a national ferris wheel that goes up so high that you can see the entire universe and the neighboring countries. Our largest attraction and city is Mallé. It is basically just a ginormous mall. Each street is a different and humongous store. In addition to being a portal world and the entrance is on an island hidden somewhere in earth, Shopping Valley also has a portal in our famous library to a special library that has every book ever made.
Unique Cuisine
Shopping Valley has one of the best cuisines in the world, but here I will only be mentioning our two most famous dishes. This first and by far the most famous dish is called Pebble Ravioli Peanut Pie. And in advance, cation because both of the foods may contain nuts. The Pebble Ravioli Peanut Pie starts off with the base of a soft yet crunchy pie. It contains ravioles, fruity pebbles, and some nuts if you are lucky. The second unique cuisine is very simple. It is a full bowl of Chick-fil-a’s (S.V.’s national restaurant) sauce as soup with exactly one carrot on top. These are our scrumptious foods that we can eat everyday, because of how delicious they are.
Current Major Issues
Our nation, S.V. or Shopping Valley, is facing traumatic problems in everyday life. One of the most common, yet overlooked, problems is happening. This problem is that there is a shortage of resources like power and a death rate by sugar is increasing. Because we have a whole city made of candy, some people have too much of it. There has recently been an outbreak of this virus called Shopaholicism. This is where people get a virus from shopping too much. These are difficult times, but my allies and trade partners are helping Shopping Valley through it.
