Sidekick

A Sidekick (Chinese: ???) is the second-in-command of a Hero or Villain. They are typically, but not always, weaker or less experienced than their Lead, and serve under them to improve themselves before becoming Leads of their own and taking in their own sidekicks.

As all superheroes were government agents, their sidekicks were assigned to them by the Chinese Communist Party, specifically the 666 Office based on how their Soul Arsenals would interact with each other.
