SEDA, or Sindicato Eonés de Automóviles (Allamunnic: Eonese Automotive Syndicate) is a North Ottonian automaker organized as a worker's cooperative. It is by volume the fourth-largest North Ottonian automaker, close behind Jormundkaar. It, along with Jormundkaar and Svaartaron make up the Ottonian Motor Cooperative. Originally founded as a state enterprise by the Free Community of Eona, the company was privatized as a worker's cooperative in the 1970's.

Domestically, SEDA has a reputation for producing affordable, comfortable vehicles.

Founding and Early History

SEDA was founded by the Eonese republican government in 1956 drawing off of former employees of Svaartaron and Vulksmotor, specifically in the former case using expertise from the Torsfeld plant. The company immediately competed with Svaartaron, offering
