The Straits, (Chinese: 海峽合眾國, hǎixiá hézhòngguó), offcially the Commonwealth of the Straits, ans also known as Singapore is a sovereign state located in Southeastern Asia. The nation is comprised of several enclaves and islands across the Malay Peninsula and the Indian Ocean.
