The Single Community Treaty was a treaty signed between Olnuria, Amanpra, Grodia and the Tiny Countries on 20th December 1950. It created the Community of Didden between the six countries, a merger of the previous three intergovernmental bodies.

History

In 1949, Olnuria proposed a merger of the three communities of Trade, Politics and WMDs. Talks began in Burnois, Ricoia and eventually a treaty was drafted, agreed upon and signed on 20th December 1950. It came into force on 3rd April 1951.

Text

Article I

Heretoafter the signing of this treaty, one big Community of Didden shall be created between the signatories.

Article II

  • The three communities of Politics, Trade and WMDs are hereby merged. The previous treaties are still in force but are merged together under this one treaty.
  • The Seat of this one Community will be based in Burnois, Ricoia and will meet whenever the members see fit and at least once a year.
  • Representatives for the Community will be elected in annual elections across the six countries that have signed this treaty.

Article III

  • As well as representatives, a President of this Community will be elected in elections that will take place across the six countries every two years.
  • The President will oversee everyone to do with Politics, Trade and WMDs.

Article IV

Six representatives as well as the president will be able to debate issues on the Community as a whole and propose solutions where the Seat is placed in Burnois, Ricoia.

Article V

This article allows members of the Community to easily exit and allows outside countries to ask to join.
