Sir Septimus Barret is a Vionna-Frankenlischian naval officer and knight with a long and meritous career. With almost 35 years of service in four conflicts, he is one of the most experienced officers in the Imperial Navy and well-known for his aggressive tactics in command of battlecruisers. He is presently commander of the Second Battle Squadron and flies his flag aboard HMNS Lord Hood.
