Slovertia (Personification)
Slovertia is the national personification of the nation of Slovertia. She is typically depicted as a woman wearing a laurel crown symbolising republic, a sword in one hand and usually in a white gown or dress. Slovertia has been a popular symbol used to represent Slovertia in various mediums. The modern day popularity of the symbol can be traced back to the June Revolution where the symbol of Slovertia played a key role in galvanising the Sloverti people to overthrow the ruling class. Before this the image of Slovertia was largely used as a symbol of the old Sloverti monarchy although this version of Slovertia was significantly different to the modern version.
Slovertia is a widespread and recognised symbol throughout Slovertia where her likeness is used on coinage, the logo of the national bank and is widely used in political and satirical cartoons to represent Slovertia.
