The film is the direct sequel to the 2018 film, Malevolence. The film follows Moore seeking revenge for the death of his wife, Suzuki. He hunts down Ernst Opelfeld, who had Suzuki murdered but in actuality, He never had her murdered. He plots to use Suzuki to bring down MI-6 and attempt to use his influence to take control of the Lucis Government and start another war. Moore also finds out that he is responsible for the events of the three previous films. The end sees Moore and Suzuki united once again in a renewal of vow.

Solace Zevero was filmed from November 2019 to July 2020 in the United Kingdom, Quenmin, Joyonghea, Gallia and the Erebonian Empire. The film was released on October 29, 2020 in the United Kingdom and was followed by a worldwide release on November 3. The theme song, When Nobody Loves You won an award for Best Movie Theme Song. Solace Zevero received critical acclaim than the previous film but less than Smert Spionam, especially fans of the Mie Suzuki character. The film is also the longest-spanning Moore film.

Plot

James Moore is driving from Lake Saloma to Barcelona, Esthar to investigate and locate where Opelfeld is hiding in order for him to avenge his wife. On the way, His radar detects the presence of several Dragonfly personnel and tracks them to an abandoned warehouse where a gunfight ensues. After Moore took out the opposition, He accesses the laptop and finds data that was given a code name of Operation "Flywings".

He later arrives at Barcelona to meet up with Trinh, who tells that Opelfeld is somewhere in Barcelona and is taking refuge at a flat. When Moore and Trinh arrive at the flat, Guards were posted and a short but quick gunfight ensues as Trinh manages to detonate explosives near the guard shack, killing everyone inside. Moore however finds a survivor, who reveals himself to Moore as John Nguyen, who had fled from Moore previously and evading capture.

Moore immediately takes him to Valencia to interrogate him and subjects him to physical torture. Just as he was about report Opelfeld's position but is then killed when a sniper's bullet went through to his chest. Moore immediately chases down the sniper in a car chase which led Moore near to a small depot. He finds out that the depot is being ran by a Xenia Vassily. Moore infiltrates the depot and finds out that Xenia is somehow related to a Dominik Semashko. Trinh immediately reports to Moore that there was something wrong as a report arrives at the Quenminese Secret Service that illegal nuclear arms are being shipped into Quenmin. Moore heads to Quenmin to further investigate and hopefully link him to Opelfeld. Pham Manh Trang tells Moore that there is a convention being hosted by a Dominik Semashko and tells him to go there as She had her cousin plant a bug.

Moore arrives later and listens to the convention and that Semashko revealed an operation named "Flywings" which required the use of nuclear arms to threaten the world's governments to dissolution their relations with the Commonwealth. By the following day, Moore receives word that Xenia will arrive at the city by the following day. Later in the evening, Moore infiltrates her room and gathers intelligence about the operation. He finds out that the weapons were actually to be dropped over key Asianna cities with the use of captured Lucian planes, which will then encourage civil war in the UK. Moore is then captured and taken to Semashko's bunker, where he reveals that Vassily is working for him in behalf of "Dragonfly" and finds out that Semashko is actually Opelfeld's right hand man. When asked about Suzuki's whereabouts, He tells Moore that she "died" a long time ago and that their next agenda was to plant an agent into MI6. A gunfight ensues after Moore breaks away and immediately flies to the UK. When he arrived, Moore locates George Messemmer, who appears to be friendly but is found out by Moore to be working for Opelfeld. After leaving the MI6 building, Moore chases Messemmer and arrives at a tip of a river. Moore manages to overpower Messemmer and asks him about the whereabouts of his wife.

Messemmer responded that he didn't know and all that he knew was working for Opelfeld through the help of Semashko. Moore then links Semashko with him and leaves him for dead. Moore then heads to York, where he gets captured and shipped by Semashko to Esthar. Once there, Moore discovers that Semashko is Opelfeld's right hand man. He refused to tell Moore about Suzuki's whereabouts. A gunfight ensues with Trinh and Van Trang arriving to rescue Moore. After which, Moore pursues Semashko and over hears that Suzuki is actually alive and held in Trista, Erebonian Empire. Moore immediately flies to Erebonia but is captured once he arrives by a Paris Nguyen, who, after Messemmer's failure will continue his mission as Semashko refuses to accept failure. Moore breaks free and tails her back to Insomnia. Nguyen manages to infiltrate and gather key intelligence and Moore tries to stop her but was too late as she manages to escape.

Moore is informed by Pennynickel that she manages to locate where Suzuki is, which she is held in Joyonghea. Upon arriving here, Jong-yul tells Moore that Semashko is in the country to finalize another deal. Meanwhile in Semashko's hotel room, Suzuki is being held captive and is being told to forget Moore and work with Dragonfly, which will then give her a deal of 500 million Lucian Gils but declines, citing Moore as her reason. Semashko then knocks her out and Paris plants a chip on her chest, which allowed Semashko to take control of her mind. The following evening, Moore goes to the abandoned warehouse to confront Semashko and Paris. However, Moore is ambushed by a mind-controlled Suzuki. As Moore tries to get her into her senses, Semashko told Moore that she is under his control and that he should have accepted his offer in the first place. He also tells him that the chip gives Suzuki superhuman strength, allowing her to toss Moore into the crates. Paris added that if the chip would remain in the host for 3 hours, She would no longer remember anything prior, thus removing all the memories that Suzuki had with Moore. She tells Moore that he only has 20 minutes before the chip took its effect. Semashko then tells Suzuki to go to him once the job is done and leaves with Paris.

Moore and Suzuki keep exchanging blows as He tries to speak Suzuki out of Semashko's control but the control was already too far. As Suzuki prepared to stab a heavily wounded Moore, He shows her the wedding ring that they had exchanged with the engraving of "James and Mie Together Forever", which suddenly causes pain in Suzuki's mind and utters James's name. Moore then sees the chip planted on her chest and subdues Mie. He manages to remove it with 10 seconds to spare as Suzuki falls unconscious. She then wakes up to find Moore before her face and told him that she was very happy to see him again. She tells Moore that they need to go to Insomnia and stop Semashko in carrying out Opelfeld's orders.

Moore and Suzuki fly back to Insomnia and infiltrates the facility where Semashko had been carrying out Opelfeld's orders. Pennynickel tells the duo that Opelfeld is scheduled to meet up with Semashko to check on the progress. Moore decides to go for Semashko while Suzuki goes after Paris. In an ensuing firefight, Moore manages to disable the nuclear warheads. Just as he was about to defuse the last one, He is ambushed by Semashko. The two exchange until Moore shoots Semashko off the scaffolding, killing him. As Paris was about to finish Suzuki, Suzuki pulls off an electrical cord and points it at Paris' saber, electrocuting her.

Moore then goes to the control room to attempt cut off the explosives planted at the Lucis Parliament but is ambushed by Bogdán but manages to overpower him when he gets impaled by a plutonium rod, shot out of the reactor core at high speed by Moore. Suzuki and Moore catch up to Opelfeld and Moore manages to hang onto the plane's wings while Suzuki keeps distance by using Moore's car. On board, Moore and Opelfeld exchange blows and cracks the plane's cabin windows, causing depressurization. As he is about to toss Moore outside, He pulls off the cord on his parachute, sucking him into the plane's engines, killing him. Moore then discovers that the plane has lost one of its engines and decides to land it dangerously on the rocky soil. Suzuki is devastated to find the plane obliterated but is shocked when she finds Moore alive when he surprises her from behind. They then get rescued by Trinh, Pham and Pennynickel and inform them that Xenia has been arrested and was imprisoned at a cryocell.

Soon, Moore and Suzuki renew their vows and share a passionate night with Moore and Suzuki ignoring the call from N for a job well done.
