Solar (Princess An'Ci) is a superheroine appearing in books published by IC Comics. She debuted in a preview story inserted within IC Comics Presents #27 (September 1980) and was created by Maya Varija and Geevitha Poormitha. The name "Solar" first appeared (for an unrelated character) in an IC Comic in the story "The Knowledgable Woman of the Stars," Curiosities in Space # 75, January 1962, written by Genga Katirvari.

In 2013, Solar placed 13th on GWI's "Top 25 Heroes of IC Comics".

Solar has appeared in numerous cartoon television shows and films, including as a member of the Young Devas in Animation Nation's eponymous series, voiced by Hemavathi Venmugil. An'Ci made her live adaptation debut in the 1991 series Solar, Princess of the Stars and is currently portrayed by Kaviyamangai Haisha in the IC Max series Devas.
