Song Aeronautics is a multinational Skaldanian designer, manufacturer and distributor of aircraft and military ordinance. It is the largest corporation in Skaldafen by total exports, whose government owns a 36% share of the company. Worldwide, it is the 9th largest defence company by 2018 revenue, and the third largest aerospace company by that same metric.

The company was founded on November 23rd, 1935 by the former Skaldafen Army Air Force Lieutenant Edmond Thenn after his infant son was unable to be provided with medical attention and consequently died due to the remote nature of their community. Believing that an air routes could be faster and more efficient than the traditional naval travel in the country, and therefore prevent similar tragedies in the future, Thenn set about designing and manufacturing a plane that could operate in Skaldafen's rugged terrain. These efforts ultimately resulted in the company's first successful design, the Song Model 3, which propelled the company into prominence as a civilian and later military contractor.

The company has been headquartered in Kape Jriak, Skaldafen since 1947. The board of directors is democratically elected from within the company's staff, and is currently headed by Vyktor Stahlman who represents the company to its shareholders.
