Songfestival 1987 was the 27th edition of the annual Songfestival contest. It was organised by Radio Television Arianos in co-operation with National Radio-Television Council after Arianos' win the previous year. Klarisa Wynn presented the contest, held in the Kynengshaule in Besyn, Arianos.
9 nations participated, with Zuidfrisia making its first appearance since 1979. The participation cap, implemented in 1986, remained in place.
The winner of the contest was Arianos with the song "Wbliet non", performed by Calie. At the age of 14, Calie remains the youngest person to win Songfestival solo. Meanwhile, Sorechland received zero points from the juries.
