Sophia Rasaily (born 11 March 1995) is a Gesarian business woman who founded the nation's largest private entity - the Rasaily Corporation . She currently serves as the chairman of the Rasaily Corporation, overseeing its many operations within the country, as well as being the company's largest shareholder. Sophia was born and raised in Khuukh-Uzuur, Sogbul Province to Dumayev Rasaily (a stock trader) and Yavikov Rasaily (a cruise line owner). She attended the University of Caldemount and graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
In 2015, following the death of her mother Yavikov, she inherited all of their businesses and united them into one single entity, the Rasaily Corporation, founding it with the help of another Turkmen businessman named Gurbanguly Guvamcyrat. She was routinely criticized for her business practices, often involving slavery in forced labor camps. The Gesarian government defended her actions however, saying said slaves were prisoners doing community service.
Since 2016, Sophia was included in Forbes list of billionaires, and held the title of worlds richestwoman from 2016-2019, before she was overtaken by Yangchenian monarch Raisa Palikiri. As of 2024, Sophia remains Gesaria's third richest woman, having an estimated net worth of 44.6 billion USD. Next in line to her succession is her daughter Diana Rasaily, who already at 6 years old has a net worth of 12 billion USD.
Since 2018, she has served the role as Gesaria's Finance Minister.
