Article I || Titles
1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the State-Owned Enterprises Act 2022.
1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as An Act to regulate the establishment of State-owned Enterprises.
Article II || Establishment and Dissolvement
2.00 || His Majesty's Government shall be authorized to establish state-owned enterprises.
2.01 || The establishment of a state-owned enterprise must be done via executive order which must include: 2.01a ||The name of the state-owned enterprise; 2.02b || The number of consecutive days to be worked by an employee of the state-owned enterprise to receive a salary; 2.02c || The product that the state-owned enterprise will produce.
2.02 || His Majesty's Government shall have the authority to dissolve a state-owned enterprise via executive order. 2.02a || If a state-owned enterprise is dissolved, the employees who have worked up to and during the day of the dissolution must be compensated the wage for the consecutive days worked divided through the amount of days they have worked.
2.03 || A state-owned enterprise shall be allocated with a thread in Canary Wharf in which employees of the state-owned enterprise can work.
2.04 || His Majesty's Government will administer the following information in publicly viewable threads on the forum: 2.04a || The citizens who are employed by each state-owned enterprise; 2.04b || The number of consecutive days that the employees of each state-owned enterprise have worked for their state-owned enterprise. 2.04c || His Majesty’s Government shall update this list at least once every seven (7) days.
Article III || Employment and Salary
3.00 || Every citizen has the right to be employed by a state-owned enterprise. 3.00a || His Majesty’s Government has the right to design and provide a registration procedure provided it does not exclude any citizen of the Empire of Great Britain.
3.01 || The salary which employees of a state-owned enterprise shall receive for completing the required amount of consecutive days of work must be determined per budget. 3.01a || The minimum number of consecutive days must be seven (7) and the maximum number shall not be more than thirty (30).
Article IV || Production and Revenue
4.00 || A state-owned enterprise produces one unit of a product when a citizen has worked the minimum number of consecutive days to work to receive a salary.
4.01 || A unit of product that a state-owned enterprise produces can be sold for one hundred (100) pounds sterling for each day of the consecutive number of days the employee of the state-owned enterprise needed to work to create the product. 4.01a || If a state-owned enterprise has produced or sold a product His Majesty's Government must state this in a publicly visible thread within seventy-two (72) hours thereafter.
Article V || Ratification
5.00 || This Act shall come into effect upon passage by both Houses of Parliament and assent by the Sovereign or other authority as established under the Monarchy Act 2021.
