The Supreme Parlamient of Kyievska Rus (Ukrainian: Верховний парламент Київської Русі, romanized: Verkhovnny parlament Kyivskoiy Rusi, lit. 'Supreme Parlamient of Ukraine', Ukrainian abbreviation ВПКР), often simply Supreme Parlamient or just Parlamient KR is the unicameral parliament of Kyievska Rus. The Supreme Parlamient is composed of675 deputies, who are presided over by a chairman (speaker). The Supreme Parlamient meets in the Verkhovna Rada building in Azgedal´s capital Polis. The deputies elected in the 4 September 2021 Kyievan parliamentary election were inaugurated on 2 August 2021.

The Supreme Parliament of Kyievska Rus was formed in the year 1564 as a result of the writing of the second constitution of Kyievska Rus by King Miroslav VI being one of the oldest parliaments in history that has been maintained to this day from today. The 313rd convocation of the Supreme Parliament of Kyievska Rus took office on October 2, 2021.

The powers of the supreme parliament are proclaimed in the constitution of Kyievska Rus and in the regulations of the supreme parliament and Kyievska Rus. The president for the second consecutive term is Bodzhena Polodshina of the official Liberal Democratic Union party. The deputies of the Supreme Parliament are individually elected either digitally or in person on election day for a period of 5 years.

The Supreme Parliament of Kyievska Rus gave its vote of confidence to the newly elected President of Kyievska Rus Bohdan Mikolenko by 598 deputies against 77 deputies on October 5, 2021 three days after his election. The votes of the Supreme Parliament are divided into two, simple or compound. The simple one is half plus one while the composite is 2/3 of the deputies present; in this case the simple is 338 and the compound is 450.
