The Tống Rebellion was a revolt launched in Quenmin against the Makedonian Empire led by the Tống Sisters. The rebellion lasted from 850 to 860 and resulted in the temporary establishment of the Tống Queendom before it was reconquered by the Makedonians. The Tống Rebellion was the apex of the Crisis of the Ninth Century and nearly brought about the collapse of Makedonian rule in eastern Siduri.

Quenmin had been conquered by the Makedonians in the 7th Century and the Quảng Dynasty (also known as the Ten Ministries) had formed one of the largest and most populated satrapies of the Empire. The conquest of Quenmin had brought Makedon into conflict with the Sabrian Empire, and the resulting Sabrian Wars had taxed the Quenminese heavily. The Makedonians had pressed hundreds of thousands of Quenminese soldiers and laborers into servicing the Empire's war effort, and the high cost of the conflict had been borne largely by the Quenminese peasantry. While the post-war period saw a relative period of peace, the Burning Plague's devastation of Syara crippled the Empire and weakened Makedonian rule over its domain.

Insurrection quickly broke out across the Empire, and in Qunemin Tống Minh Uyên and Tống Minh Trâm, twin sisters and members of the Quenminese nobility, used the opportunity to incite rebellion against Makedonian rule in 850. Over the next three years the Tống sisters successfully mobilized the Quenminese peasantry and nobility and defeated the Makedonian forces in Quenmin, establishing the Tống Queendom with the sisters as joint rulers in 853. The Queendom maintained its independence for another seven years, although fighting continued along the border with raids launched by both sides. In 858 the Makedonian King Aristoxenus invaded Quenmin and reconquered the land, defeating the Tống sisters in battle in 860. Trâm would be executed shortly afterwards, but Uyên would disappear from history and her fate remains unknown.

Suppression of the Tống Rebellion paved the way for Makedon to reassert control over eastern Siduri. Makedon would continue to maintain control over Quenmin until the 11th Century and was ultimately broken by the Âu Lạc Rebellion 220 years later.
