"Capital crime" explicitly carries the possibility of a death sentence, but it seems that the punishment listed for abortion is life imprisonment. You may also wish to phrase the actual code of the law in "legalese" such as no person shall willingly abort, aid in an abortion, or otherwise cause bodily harm to a person in utero. You should also consider giving a definition of abortion as part of the code since many Pro-Life legal theorists argue that abortion is murder and cannot be made legally distinct from murder.
