Updates

Following the final race of the season, "Drivers", "Test_drivers", "Chassis", "Engine", "Tyres" and "Fuel" fields for the following season are added but the existing fields for the just-completed season are retained until the end of the calendar year.

On 1 January, the fields for the previous season are replaced with hidden placeholders for the season following the new season (e.g. on 1 January 2020, the 2019 fields were replaced with placeholders for 2021). The placeholders are employed to avoid editors "helpfully" renumbering the fields to close up the gaps, only for the fields to have to be renumbered again at the end of the season.
