Overview
The nation of tepror is not a natural imperialist state, but it does have vassal states that are under control of tepror proper. These vassal states operate with autonomy, however the government of tepror does deal with vassal states as if they are part of tepror proper.

The MoMa
The MoMa (or the ministry of maritime authority) is a satlite state set up on the coast of the gin gulf, and is currently the only naval connection for tepror. The MoMa is the only promising economic area that the S.C.A can safely open up to the wider global comunity.
