The Ter'ak is a type of predatory feline animal of about one meter long, weighing 50 kilograms, native to the areas surrounding Vendras. The ter'ak possesses unusually large ears and eyes, with fur color ranging dark chocolate brown to fawn. It is known for its fearless, vicious nature, and there have been many reports of unprovoked attacks on adult humans. They lie high in the trees, using the camouflage of the jungle to their advantage. If they do not make the quick kill, they rush off back into the trees, to strike again. There is an entire military school of thought around the Ter'ak and some military commanders are known to possess some feral specimens as pets. Ter'ak fur is in high demand by the nobility.
