History
It was the year 3733 before the nation of People’s Democratic Socialist Republic of Thai Daeng (PDSRTD) was founded up from what was once the lands of Thailand, Cambodia, and North Vietnam.
At the time, all three regions had been struggling under the oppressive rule of their respective ruling classes and their leaders sought to band together for their common values of justice, equality, and sovereignty. The leaders of the three regions met and agreed to work towards the same liberated goals and values that have shaped the PDSRTD into what it is today.
The country experienced three distinct periods in its history that each helped to shape the nation. The first period was marked by a lengthy struggle for nationhood. The people of this region had to battle for their freedom to form their own independent state and for their right to determine their own destiny. After a decade of battle, the nation of PDSRTD earned its independence on Singhakhom 16, 3748.
The second period was the period of economic development. This is when the nation built its infrastructure and infrastructure to support the economic development of the nation. From agricultural initiatives to industrial development, the people of PDSRTD sought to lift their standard of living by developing modern conveniences. During this period, the nation experienced rapid growth and was able to stand out in the region as an economic powerhouse in the region.
The third period was the period of social reforms and democratic institutions. During this period, the nation of PDSRTD sought to create a society that was more inclusive and far more accepting of the diversity of lifestyle and beliefs within the region. Legislation was passed that enshrined the nation's commitment to social welfare and a commitment to protecting the rights of its citizens. Additionally, free education systems were established and the government sought to ensure that all citizens of PDSRTD had access to a quality education.
Today, the People’s Democratic Socialist Republic of Thai Daeng stands as an example of a nation that can be united through its commitment to justice, equality, and sovereignty. It remembers its past as it moves steadily towards a brighter future.
