The Cloister (Michillian: Add please; Lec: Klôsztorny) is an opera in three parts composed by Andrzéj Kùmiéga in 1864. A comedic piece, the opera is considered a national epic of Lecistan, and one of the most defining theatrical productions of 19th century South Conitian literature. The first draft of the opera was written and scored in 1860, and was performed 10 August 1864 at the Royal Opera in Sa Córugna, Odissia. The opera was originally written in Michillian, being translated into Lec in 1882 and Odissian in 1950.
