It has a population of 20,500,000 and has one of the worlds largest fishing industries. It is the 62nd largest country in the world and is the 41st largest country in terms of population.

Government and Location The Zancudo Islands are a Constitutional Monarchy. They are ruled by a mostly benevolent leader, who still keeps citizens under fairly strict law. The country has an elected Prime Minister, who mainly runs the government. The Prime Minister selects other ministers. The Prime Minister and senior ministers comprise a Cabinet. The government is dependent on the Cabinet to make Primary Legislation. The most senior ministers are usually elected to the House of Commons rather than the Cabinet. The House of Commons is responsible for all foreign affairs.

The Zancudo Islands are located 90 miles off the coast of Great Britain (48.821333,-8.336217). The etymology of the islands is "Zancudo" which means Mosquito in Spanish. It is believed this name came from members of the Spanish Armada who were sent by King Philip II to conquer Protestant England. The Zancudo Islands has many plains, hills, cliffs, seashores, and small mountain ranges. The Zancudo Islands are also known to have some of the largest rivers in the world. The 4th largest lake in the World, Lake Bucksweed, is nearly 3,907 miles long and is located on the Northern tip of the island. Since the fields on the island have such rich soil, some of the best produce in Europe comes from the Zancudo Islands.

Economy and Military

The Zancudo Islands has an excellent economy. Because of that, many large corporations have moved their headquarters to Edensworth, the nation's capital. The Island's economy is fueled by the basket weaving industry with significant contributions from the fish farming industry. Around 31% of the government expenditure goes to military defense, making The Zancudo Islands' army one of the best in Europe. The Zancudo Islands' primary trade partner is Papa Gugu. Besides this trade partner, the Zancudo Island's major ally is The United States of The Soviet Union. and its main military rival is Pinna Colada.

Citizenship Process Only individuals born in Zancudo Islands may be citizens. All other individuals may receive resident national status. To apply for resident national status, one must be the spouse, civil partner or child of a Zancudo Island citizen. One must also have lived in the Zancudo Islands for at least one year before applying for resident national status, and may not have any criminal record anywhere in the world. It takes 3 years to become a resident nation of the Zancudo Islands, and a test on the history and government must be taken and passed.

Duties and Responsibilities The main duty of citizens is to pay taxes. This money helps to fund law enforcement and defense. Another duty is to obey the laws. And finally, citizens must serve a minimum of 2 years in the military and this requirement is for both men and women. Mandatory military services begins at the age of 18.

Unique Fauna The Zancudo Islands are famous for their national animal, the albino deer. The reason for the large population of rare animals suffering from light pigmentation (which is not genetic) is unsolved and remains one of the largest scientific mysteries. The Denrdondrew Adder is a venomous snake only native to The Zancudo Islands. It is also the only venomous snake on the island. The sphinx moth is a hummingbird-like moth rampant on the island in summer time. The Zancudo Islands also have a large whale population mainly consisting of the blue whale, the humpback whale, the sperm whale, the bowhead whale, and the grey whale. They are most likely attracted near the island due to the clean and nonpolluted waters.
