The Three Hundred Years' War (1289–1593) was a conflict between the pagan Trihhimic kingdoms and the Saletrist states during the Late Middle Ages, directed by the Archbishop of Araq. The objective was to mass-convert the Trihhimic peoples. While Saletrist missionaries had been previously sent to the Peninsula to convert them, by the mid-13th century the Trihhimic peoples had been persecuting these missionaries, and the various kingdoms threatened Saletdom in the Trihhimerein Peninsula itself. This was followed by Archbishop Mercius IV urging all Saletrists to put away ideological differences to enlighten the paganistic Peninsula.
