Thủy Minh Khôi (Chữ Hy Lạp: Θὖι Μινῐ Χὸι; 25 June 1902 – 22 March 1997) is a Quenminese field officer who served in the Imperial Quenminese Army from 1923 to 1963. He is known for being the commander of the 3rd Special Service Company, a unit of the 2nd Battalion of the 312th Infantry Regiment known for performing unconvential warfare, which included reconnaissance and skirmishing.

Khôi is known to be a diligent and stern officer, and can impose strict punishments as in the case of Lạc Gia Quyết. However, he remains loyal and cordial, and always looks after his men. Khôi took part in beheading certain officers as he pleased, and resorted to killing a civilian family during one battle, but has regretted it in his later life. He retired from the military to set up and operate a convenience store in Hue Thuot, and took part in the protests against the Hidebound governments. Afterwards, he continued to operate his business, and was interviewed in 1988 for the nonfiction bestseller Tough Band: The Account of the 3rd Special Service Company, which was adapted into a 1995 television series. Khôi died in 1997 in the hospital from heart attack complications.
