Tibor Bence Fehér (born 7 August 1953) is a retired Ruvelkan Imperial Army vice field marshal known for commanding Army Group South during the Zemplen War. His theater of command focused primarily on the Matra mountains and the Baranya steppes.
In 2009, he successfully countered the SCAF’s offensive during Operation Sagaris and pursued an aggressive stance in the months afterward. After pushing the Syarans back to the foothills of the western Matra mountains, Fehér dug in his forces so as to not overextend his army. Army Group South remained in place, conducting several infiltrations with units of the Imperial Fusiliers, but would not fully mobilize again until the launch of Operation Homefront.
Fehér served for another year after the war before retiring in January 2012, undertaking a number of philanthropic ventures and avoiding the political spotlight. A hard-driving military commander with a strong temper which earned him the nickname “The Bear”, many consider Fehér to be an exceptional leader despite often clashing with his peers over tactics and strategy.
