Torbjørn Christensen (born November 7th, 1949) is a Caspiaan politician and diplomat who served as the 8th Secretary-General of the Coalition of Crown Albatross from 1996-2000. He served in the Parliament of Caspiaa representing his home district in Helniemi from 1976-1993, one of the youngest ever elected representatives and longest serving politicians in Caspiaan history.
