Travers Calvin Trenton was a Canter born citizen of the now defunct Canter Republic most noteable for his role as the leader of Purgatory Genesis and mastermind of the Canter Uprising which lead to the Independence of modern day Prybourne. An eloquent capitalist, Trenton, like many Western Canterese citizens of the day, had grown weary of the crumbling infrastructure of the Canter Republic government for which he blamed the rampant welfare spending, regulated market and trade, and abhorrent business practices of the then ruling class. Also an outspoken Corporatocrat, Trenton opposed the spreading public sector of Industry of the Canter Republic, accusing it of being arrogant and disconnected from the will of the Canterese people. Believing the policies and government of the Canter Republic to be inattentive to the population, Trenton was inspired to take up arms against the government under the policy of what he called the “Genesis of the Free Markets”
