The Treaty of Accession was a treaty signed between the members of the Community of Didden and two aspiring members, Hoblis and Beautis. It expanded the Community from thirteen to fifteen countries.

History

In 1973, Hoblis applied to join the Community. Beautis applied to join in 1977. A treaty to allow the countries to join was drafted in 1979 and signed on 27th August 1979. It came into force on 1st January 1980.

Text

Article I

Heretoafter the signing of this treaty, two new countries will have joined the Community of Didden: Hoblis and Beautis.

Article II

  • The new member states must agree to the past Community treaties and immediately elect representatives to represent their country.
  • New member states must abide by Community rules.
  • Politicians of new member states can run for presidency of this Community.

Article III

This article allows the new members of the Community to easily exit.
