Tropican English, which includes Tropican Standard English, is a variety of English native to Tropico and is the official language of the country. Linguistically, it is similar to other English dialects of the Caribbean region, based on 19th-century English and has loan words from African, Spanish, Arawakan and Xerdan languages.
