Tunnâ ruámšáás já virkkuus (Lit. Thou rugged and spry) is the regional anthem of the Aurora Islands. It is based on poems by Annic writer, Beata Frauke. It was chosen as a possible national anthem by the Auroran National Movement in 1887 with the music later composed for it by Piäkka Linus in 1892. It was adopted as the regional anthem in 1935 by the Auroran Parliament with a Weranian version being written the same year. The national anthem of the Aurora Islands is "What is the Weranic's Fatherland?" (Weranian: Was ist des Ostischen Vaterland?) as is for the rest of the confederation, while Tunnâ ruámšáás já virkkuus is used only used for regional purposes mainly for the Auroran Regional day.

Anthem in Auroran Annic Weranian version Estmerish translation

Tunnâ ruámšáás já virkkuus meerârääji,
tunnâ rávhálâš áávu kiähtu párásumos,
tunnâ áármu päikki, čeerdâ turvâstih.
: Eanâ suolluiguin, luáháiguin rähisumos. :

Tuu kunnee stuorrâ, tuu ustevpargoin,
ij äigi váldáttiđ puáhtá.
Mii ovdâlist lijjih, uážuh leđeuv ain.
: Aassâmsaje muu aalmug, ráánjá já jiegâ. :

Du rauer und rüstiger Meeresrand,
du friedlicher größter Freudes Wohnort
Mit Ruhe und Gnade an jedem Strand
: Liebstes Land mit Inseln, Hügeln dort :

Deine Großtaten dein freundlicher Geist,
kann die Zeit nie vergessen.
Was du einmal warst, kannst du immer sein
: Heimat meines Volkes und Liebens. :

Thou rugged and spry edge of the ocean,
Thou peaceful greatest abode of joy
Thou home of grace, you defend my tribe
: Dearest land of islands and hills. :

Thy great honour, thy friendly deeds,
time cannot be made to forget
What you once were, you may forever be
: Home for my people, neighbour and life. :
