Tyrell DeMarcus Jordan (born 20 January 2000) is a Mutenese professional footballer who plays as a winger for Venecan Premiership club Canburgh United.

Early life

Jordan was born on 20 January 2000 in Halifax, Muten. He attended Millwood High School where he played for this school team alongside Halifax Wanderers.

Club career

Halifax Wanderers

Jordan signed his first professional contract with his local and boyhood club Halifax Wanderers in July 2017 after ten promising years in the academy. He made his debut in November in a league game against Edmonton, featuring for the final 15 minutes. His first goal came in a 2–2 draw with Ottawa Fury in January 2018, and Jordan ended the season having featured 17 times and scoring a further three goals. He was nominated for the Young Player of the Year award but finished second behind Tillsburgh's Max Harkness in the voting poll.

Toronto

On 2 June 2018, it was announced that Toronto had signed Jordan from Halifax Wanderers for a fee reported to be around £1.5 million. Jordan scored on his debut for Toronto in August in a 4–1 win at Cavalry, but scored only one other goal in 20 appearances during the 2018–19 season with head coach Greg Vanney utilising him in a more defensive role.

Jordan continued to play deep in Toronto's midfield early in the 2019–20 season, but a hamstring injury in February 2020 sidelined him for the remainder of the season. Jordan managed 17 full games and scored one goal in a 6–0 win over Hamilton United.

The arrival of Chris Bradley as Toronto head coach saw Jordan pushed into a wider attacking role, in which he flourished during the club's 2020–21 campaign. Jordan made 22 appearances for the club, scoring on five occasions and finishing the season with 16 assists, the most of any player in the league.

Following his successful season as a winger, there was much speculation around his future in Muten with clubs in both Flynland and Veneco rumoured to be keen on securing Jordan's signature.
