Ucarro is a planet located in the Core of the Talin Galaxy, orbiting the star system Ucarro Prime. The native sentient species are the Phulins. Ucarro was one of the founding systems of the Galactic Union and holds prominent political status within the Union. Ucarro is an aquatic planet with sparse archipelagos, with those islands covered in dense settlements and cities, with the planet's capital being the spaceport of Carr. Some settlements scattered across the oceanic surface are built on giant stilts which reach the seafloor. The oceans hold an abundance of life.
