The United American Interplanetary Alliance (UAIPA) is a confederation of 8 countries, 3 of which are Earth Based, The United States of North America, The United States of Europe, and The United States of Oceania. Another 3 of these countries are Mars Based, The Republic of Tharsis, The Republic of Tempe Terra, and The Noachis Terra. The last 2 countries are multi planetary, these are, The Multi-Planetary Republic of Michigan, and The German Republic of Mars and Earth. These together, make up the UAIPA.
