THE UNITED NATION OF KENDAII
The United Nation of Kendaii otherwise known as Kendaii is a very large, genial nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, compulsory military service, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-working population of Kendaii have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often. Average income is 63,746 Golds ( Kendaiin Currency) , and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.9 times as much as the poorest. Scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, it is illegal to make racist remarks in public, a large-scale revitalization of the education system is underway, and schools have extensive counseling programs for troubled students. Crime, especially youth-related, is relatively low. Kendaii’s national animal is the hippopotamus , which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.
ETYMOLOGY
The name Kendaii was derived from the name of the explorer that founded and established the nation. Kennedy Szabo ( the explorer) governed Kendaii for many years before the name was decided. Many of the cities and even the nation’s capital is named after her. The Counsel of Kendaiin Orders also decided that each new leader of the country would come from her bloodline in honor of her memory. Each of her heirs would be named after her so that all future leader generations shared the same name.
GOVERNMENT
Similar to the United States the United Nation of Kendaii identifies as a federal republic but with a bit of a twist. Every President of Kendaii has been from the same family ( with all of the same names) because they are related to the country's founder Kennedy Szabo. All citizens of Kendaii are encouraged to vote and sometimes opponents run against the relative of the country’s founder, but there has never been a case when they are voted out. Aside from the President, Kendaii also has the Counsel of Kendaiin Orders which helps write laws and keeps the country in line and updated with foreign affairs. The Counsel has a strict rule that only relatives of the original sailors and explorers that founded Kendaii are allowed to run for a seat on the Counsel. . For those who are related or associated with the original families and founders of Kendaii there is the Foriegn Kendaiin Affairs Office which is for all immigrants and citizens of Kendaii. This group lists problems and solutions of the citizens which are sent to the Counsel to be reviewed and made into laws for the President to Approve. For every law all three groups must come to a unanimous decision between each other for the law to become official. If any one of the groups, no matter the rank vetoes the law it goes back into processing. This ensures a fair and equal government. On the right is a photo of Kendaii's prime minister.
GEOGRAPHY AND ARCHITECTURE
The island of Kendaii is 131,957 sq km. The entire island is filled with luscious greeny and bright blue seas. On the north side you can find sandy mountains and cliffs with bodies of water streaming throughout. On the ledges of the mountains and cliffs hold bungalows perched high above the treetops. From high above you can observe the vast jungle. The west side of the Island is famous for its Golden River. This river carries water all throughout the island. The river carries an endless amount of golden nuggets and flakes through the currents which gives it a glitzy appeal. The gold is carried from a cave up on the North side. At the Southern tip of the island are where sandy white beaches are located with crystal clear waters. On the shore are rocks and pebbles which build up to beautifully sculpted white mountains. From these mountains hold beautiful houses and shops to admire the views from high above. These houses are stark white with navy blue rooftops. Finally is the Eastern part of the island where the beaches, cliffs, and jungles all combine. This provides a diverse wildlife habitat where the country’s animal the hippopotamus lives.
FOUNDING
The United Nation of Kendaii was founded in 1594. A group of explorers and immigrants fleeing Europe set sail to discover a new land. After sailing for around 8 months, land was finally spotted . The settlers, led by explorer Kennedy Szabo claimed this new land theirs. Since there weren't any Native people on the Island the founders had to start from scratch in the creation of their new home. After years of living in Kendaii cities were built and an empire began. On the very first Counsel meeting, after voting Kennedy Szabo as the first ever leader of Kendaii one of the founders famously stated ‘Tomorrow is another day in Kendaii ”. This soon became the country motto because after working so hard the settlers could finally call Kendaii home and live another name it paradise. After a few decades of living in Kendaii the people wanted to leave any bit of Europe so that they could make this nation better. Soon they started looking for a new language besides english. So they invented Kendaiin. Kendaiin is simply English words spelled and pronounced backwarsed. While english is still spoken in Kendaii as a second language Kendaiin is known by all citizens. Kendaii also has communitcation with many outside Nations. This includes Unicorn Landd and the United Kingdom of Shrek with whom they are trade partners with. One of their mnay Allies include Jasmine Land and their worst enemy is a country called Nation of Peyton Owens.
MILITARY and TRADE RELATIONS
Kendaii has a large military filled with the best high tech supplies. Currently Kendaii is not in any wars abroad and that is because of our allies and trade partners. Kendaii also has communitcation with many outside Nations. This includes Unicorn Landd and the United Kingdom of Shrek with whom they are trade partners with. These partnerships provide Kendaii with imports such as sugar cane and wood. Kennedy trades gold and crops in exchange for materials and food. One of their many Allies include Jasmine Land and their worst enemy is a country called Nation of Peyton Owens. Luckiky they haven't been involved in any wars with Nation of Peyton Owens in about 50 years.
