This is a list of premiers of Champania from its independence in 1935 until the present day.

The Premier of Champania (Liguersien: Premièr de Champanha; Gaullican: Premier de Champanie) is the head of government of Champania since its independence. In total, there have been 14 premiers since 1935, including one non-socialist and 13 socialists. The first Premier of Champania was Frédéric Montagne, who was a prominent activist for Champanois independence before and during the Great War. The first socialist premier was Tibèri Astruc, who was unanimously elected following the conclusion of the May Revolution. The current premier is Ponç Guinovaerd, who has served as Premier of Champania since 2018.

With the sole exception of Frédéric Montagne (1935-1937) and Laurenç Bordes (2002-2010), all premiers have come from either the Champanois Socialist Workers' Party or the Action for Socialist Unity and their previous factions.
