The Mosley Committee was a provisional government of the Eulabian Union from 16 August 2008 to 9 May 2012 under Oswald Mosley. It was formed in the aftermath of the 2008 Eulabian coup d’état led by General Pablo Badoglio, who established the Transitional Council, a military junta serving as collective head of state.

While the Transitional Council oversaw military and security matters, the Mosley Committee was granted broad emergency powers and consisted solely of Ministers without portfolio. Former Commissioners were removed from office, and departments were managed by civil servants who carried out directives issued by the Committee. Although the Transitional Council transitioned to civilian rule in 2010, the Mosley Committee remained in control of the government’s civilian functions until the enactment of a new constitution in 2012.
