Louise-Marie Thérèse Charlotine Satine du Biers, Countess Chauve-Souris de Pregagnon, Viscountess of Pasghetti, Baroness of Tscherkau (born 7 September, 1982) is an Aquilonian-born Ostenian aristocrat, socialite and courtesan who led the Ostenian Realm as its current Consul-General since 2016. One of the principal organizers of the Ostenian branch of the International League of Statists, of which she held the post of President from 2011 to 2016 and then as its Chairperson since 2016 onwards, she made her dramatic rise to power as both the founder and paramount leader of the Ostenian National Statist Party (ONSP) following the Great Coup of 2016 that saw the final dissolution of the Ostenian Estates-General and the abolition of the 1964 General Constitution, and thus Ostenia's de facto absolute ruler. Prior to her leadership, she was appointed as Palatine of Pathenia from 2005 to 2008, when she was directly involved in the brutal suppression of Pathenian demonstrations for autonomy which she perceived to have been supplanted by hidden Red Ribbon Army and Judean People's Front cells.
Born to an aristocratic family in Castle Pregagnon, Aquilonia, du Biers was raised in a nunnery near her home village in Clussy, taught herself sewing
Under her leadership, she effectively transformed the Ostenian Realm into a hard-line totalitarian state, re-establishing itself as a military powerhouse in its own right while maintaining closer political and economic relationships with Angvar and other member-states of the Ostenburg Pact.
