Ussersàss officially the United Kingdom of Ussersàss is an unrecognizedd country located in West Europe, within the former and historical region of Alsace, in France. In 2078, serious confrontations between republicanists and monarchist restaurationists gave way to a ten-years civil war that eventually spreaded to other regions in France.
History
The nation of Ussersàss is steeped in a long and complicated history beginning in the Middle Ages. It was inhabited by various tribes who each had their own king and held a varying degree of autonomy.
In the 1600s the British invaded, bringing with them their own political and religious system, as well as more prosperous economic benefits. The local princes of Ussersàss partially accepted the changes, but there were some who rejected them and a civil war ensued. The British kept hold of Ussersàss for the next few hundred years, until the rise of the Axis powers in the second World War.
The Germans then marched through the region, trying to implement their own policies, particularly concerning religion. This led to further unrest in Ussersàss, and by 1944 they had successfully overthrown the British rule. But the French quickly regained control of Ussersàss, with their last stronghold of power along the border of Ussersàss.
However, this new rule wasn't widely accepted. In the late 2060s, people in Ussersàss began to push for their own independence and a civil war began, with both republicans and monarchists fighting for their respective sides. This lasted over two decades until 2078, when the monarchists finally gained the upper hand and declared independence from France.
Since then, Ussersàss has enjoyed a relatively peaceful existence, although it has had to adapt to the modern era. It remains a unique nation, with a strong focus on tradition and preserving its long history.
Geography
Ussersàss has a temperate climate, known as humid subtropical climate in Köppen classification (Cfa). However, it can be bordering Cwa due to winter being the less rainy season. Winters are dry and cool, while summers are humid and scorching/stifling, with highs exceeding 40 °C (104 °F) very frequently, followed by many days of heavy lightning storms, some of them harmful.

Economy
Ussersàss economy is directed under the free-market economy, in which the private enterprise and the property rights are recognized and individual entepreneurship widely encouraged by the State itself.
The economy of Ussersàss is based on the production of wine, agriculture and cooked pork sausages. Basically, a bit less than a half of the agriculture that Ussersàss produces is exported to many other countries especially in Europe and North America.
Cheese and dairy production has had a rise since after the World War II. Many cheese enterprises have opened since the 1950s.
