The Verlois Air Raid was a bombing attack by the Federation of Asteria on the Gaullican capital of Verlois on October 9th, 1929. The raid is famous for being the first successful bombing raid on the Gaullican capital. While the raid itself did very little damage to the industrial heart of the city, it was seen as a "Moral Victory" by the Federation, which was seeking revenge for the attack on St. Mary's Harbor in the Battle of Glytter on the 29th of January, 1929. The Democratic Alliance wouldn't be able to launch another air raid on Verlois until March of 1933.
