Vittoria Agradossa Bianchetti [vitːˈɔria aɡradɔs͡sa] (born April 30, 1971) is a Pacitalian registered nurse, labour union leader, and politician, who was the fourth Archonate of the Pacitalian Republic from 2017 to 2023.
Born in the Palatinian city of Cortona, Agradossa earned a nursing degree from the local college at Università Francesco d'Assisi (St. Francis of Assisi University). After graduating in 1992, she registered as a hospital nurse, working in Cortona until relocating to Saronno in 1997 for a promotion.
Agradossa was active in labour politics in university and continued her active involvement after graduation, joining the local chapter of the Società Popolare Repubblicana dell'Infermieri, Pacitalia's powerful national labour union representing registered, practitioner and auxiliary nurses. After relocating to Saronno, Agradossa became a chapter secretary in 2002. She was then elected to the union's deliberative body, the National Representative Executive Council, from 2005 until 2013, when she ran for General Secretary and won.
Agradossa served in the union's top job for four years before announcing her candidacy for Archonate of the Pacitalian Republic in 2017. Initially considered a long-shot candidate, having never held public office, Agradossa won the Democratic Nationalist Party primary; in the election, she advanced to the runoff, where she defeated the FPD's Archetenia Nera and was elected the country's fourth Archonate.
