Overview

Volians is a relativly large nation located on the Northwestern region of South Toblasi bordered by The Commonwealth of Fluver to the east. Volians is known for it's large technology and information tech sectors as the entire economy is driven by scientific advancement and an advanced fianical and economic sector. The nation's largest city, Nueve Citet infact has been labbeled as the city of the future due to it's many reveutionizing new models for public transportation, architecture and all around earth beding features. The Nation's Capital, Las Venturas is the political center of the nation where the Council of Minister and People's Union hold their offices. And where the nation's reveultionary leader, Xeno Stark, resides in. The House of Stark, a relativly small family which once lived in the former Republic of Seysnousille, lead a revelution against the socialist forces during the Seysnoisoulli Civil War in which Xeno lead his forces in and swiftly libirated the nations Capital, and later of swept away the entire socialist government with help from the anti-government rebels. But it was his actions during the war which made him world renoun. He would take minimal casulaties, often freeing soliders that where brought to fight against their will. These actions made him very popular among the seysnousille citizens who later on elected him as the president of the newley formed Xeptionismo of Volians. The Country now has moved on from the years of conflict as sees a wealthy and progessive, science filled, future ahead of it.

History

The Seysnousilli Civil War is what brought Volians to it's current place in the world, it all started with protests against the former government in the city of Novia Scott (Now Nueva Citet), where protests began against the PM at the time, Invaka Opel. This caused her to resign as PM and openned up a window for an early election in the nations. Of the canidates where Fuji Nakurama a far left politician won in a landslide. After his inauguration, a multitude of reforms were made economically and in foreign policy. One of the most prominent being the closing of the nation's international borders. The opposition to Nakamura formed a league of resistance movements which swept over the nation and launched a war against Nakamura to return the nation to its former regime. The Commonwealth (Roniana, Fluver, G.O.G and Lannistter) launched a blockade of the socialist regime's ocean access, blocking travel and shipping lanes. Three distinct regimes were established within the remnants of the nation, "The Free Movement", lead by Clark Johnson, aligns itself with The Commonwealth and Etsenes, "The Greater Volio Movement", lead by Xeno Stark, plans on establishing a world superpower, and finally "The New Government", a Syndicate Movement led by Nakamura. Following the Communist uprising within Seysnousille, another nation, North of Seysnousille, known as Unikornia, suffered a Military coup, aligning it with Nakamura as well. The new leader of the nation, Lexa Monroe, demanded the withdraw of the naval blockade on the Socialist Seysnous regime in return for the withdrawing of the missiles on the Turtle Islands. The Commonwealth stood by its Blockade and the missiles remained and afterward, they declare war upon Unikornia. Lexa Monreo then proceeded to blow up the missile bases on the islands, crippling the island's infrastructure and killing many people. Meanwhile in Seysnousille, Xeno Stark's Volians captured the nation's capital and later joined up with the rebels to completely eliminate the socialist forces from the nation. Volians today stands strong as politcal and economic reforms where made to heavilly increase the nations GDP and militray infastrcutre in order to stop a war, rather quickly, if that ever should happen.

Economy

One of Xeno Starks promices to the people of Volians, before he took power, was to place it in a great economic status. And that, he has certainly delivered on as the nation increased it's GDP by over 30% since the war and brought the nation in a status of major economic powerhouse, with a Nominal GDP of around 3 Trillion Voltz and a GDP per capta of almost 90,000 Voltz! The nation specializes mainly with Tech-Based industry with it's largest tech manufacturer Famsung as an internationaly known company. The nation aslo holds great industries in Finance, Buissnes and Stock mainly taking place in the city of Nueva Citet and Las Venturas. The nation's exponential rise in GDP, as a promice by Stark, is projected to continue to rise in the following years.

Military

Large Scale Military changes where made after Volians took power, mainly focused or revelutionizing and modernizing the military. The VMF (Volio Military Faction), lead the nation's military with it's modern weaponry and veicles and the new Volio government also increased some of it's budget on Arms and Weaponry Manufacturing in recent years. The nation is defended by a Titanium dome defence system laid all around the coast of the nation to prevent any possible missile from intersepting targests using a lazer guided system And in addition, the nationhold many offshore and undergound missile facilities only to be used in an absulte state of emergancy against a possible enemy. Military bases exits around the nation as well as in the nation of Unikornia (where the TOPH pact was signed). Although the Volio military may not be the best in numbers, it certainly conpensates it the sheer advacemnt of weapons and specialized tactics.

International Relations

The Volio Ministry of Foreign Relations has specialist throughout the years in keeping Volians very close to the nations of Katzen, the nation is internationaly friendly and generaly holds no grudges towards any other nation, despite what happened in the past. The Kankiesi-Tos Dual Republic // has held close relations to both the former and current government of Volians, the nations are great trade partners and cooperate with each other on various issues.

The Empire of Aufero Riparius // the Volio government holds a section of the grand imperial embassy in the nation, relations are generly good.

The Republic of San Cark // relaions between San Cark and Volians are outstanding, not only has first interaction between the 2 nations been revelutionary, both nations continiue to cooperate on all aspects of politics, military and economy, recently signing the "Unity Pakt" which brought the nations even closer.

The United Kingdom of Lannister [The Commonwealth] // Lannister was happy to win a GOLD MEDAL at the Seysnousilli International Cup, the two nations have freindly relation.

The State of Gomon // as the first nation to ever establish ties with our previous government, and with the recent signing of a new agreement between the two. The State of Gomon and Volians have been great friends for a long time, often sending gifts [such as ramen and cornfalkes] to each other. Somone Volio cities have very strong Gomonese influance leading to an increase of "Gomonese" (Japnese ig) spekers all around Volians.

The Commonwealth of Fluver // has held very close ties to Volians throughout the years, the two have an open borders agreement and a large number of economic, military and political ties and Volios continue to respect the people of Fluver. In fact, the first ever international outreach on the Volians came in the form of a construction project with Fluver known has the Heathrow Canal, which has now become an important shipping route for trade between the Volians and the East Toblasi Nations

The Commonwealth of Skairipia // the two have signed the economic cooperation pact which has kept the nations as trade parters.

The Commonwealth of Roniana // the two nations hold close ties in general and continue to opperate on various aspects of diplomacy

The Commonwealth of the Gods of Greece // the two nations have generaly a close relation, both nations cooperated with each other during the nuclear pact treaty and Volians has provided assistance to the nation in the recent parasite outbreak.

The Democratic Repulic of Unikornia // Volians and Unikornia have been cooperating with each other for years and the two nations are great allies. Many agreements have been signed between the 2 sides and Volians is proud to support the Volio Political Party and the government of Unikonia in thier troubled times. Volians even has various military bases in the nation as part of the mutual defence agreement (TOPH) signed between the 2 allies

Education

A very important part in the Development of Volians was education, in fact, Xeno Stark has spent aroud 5.7% of the nations GDP soley on education. The nation ranks very highley in education world wide and it's universities and world renoun. In terms of higher education, the nations takes pride in holding the higest-ranked Technology University in Katzen; "The Univesity of Nueva Citiet", which accepts students from not only Volians, but all wound Katzen. Where international applicants come to lern many newley found-subjects and resercg for new advancements in their fields.

Immigration and Tourism

Tourism is a relativley good buisness in Volians as many international inverstors, bankers and students travel to the nation for it's various facilities. Despite Imigration being difficult, it is still open to those who can offer the nation great thing. In any case, Visas and Study-Permits are given out to many, high-ranking and hard-working students and buisness men seeking to build a new life.

Military

Since Xeno Stark took power in Volians, the nation has quickly risen as a military power in the region, which in turn has started it's own side of contorversy. While the populos of Volians have been against the large increase in military budget (which was around 287 Billion VOLTZ in 2020), Xeno stark stressed that this increase is soley for defense and not to ignite conflict with other nations, in this slowley more unstable world. Although The Volio MIlitary Faction (VMF) may not specialize in thier man-power. They are unique in the type of advancened weaponry and veicles as well as their advanced war tactics.
