The WMCA Assembly is the unicameral legislative body of the WMCA Alliance. Largely modelled on the European Parliament, the assembly is composed of 318 AMs, and depending on each member state, are directly/indirectly elected or appointed. While it has de jure existed since the Alliance’s establishment in 2021, It merely functioned as an advisory body. Formal elections and appointments only occurred in 2024, shortly after the WMCA’s decisive victory in the WMCA-Fatimania War. Appointment or election methods to the assembly are mixed, some member states employ popular voting, some employ indirect election by their legislatures, and some are appointed by the states’ government. There are no single WMCA-wide elections as of 2024.

Unlike the European Parliament, the WMCA Assembly acts as the sole, unicameral legislative body of the political union. It has supreme legislative and budgetary control, and it scrutinises the work of the WMCA Executive. It can force a vote of no-confidence to trigger a new election of the Presidential Council.

The Speaker of the WMCA Assembly acts the presiding member of the legislature. The current Executive consists of the Socialist Group, the Centre Democrats Group, Forward WMCA, and the Anti-Authoritarian Alliance. The Assembly's meeting place and administrative offices are located in Valletta, Malta Comino Gozo.
