The Worker's Party (Venadian: Рабочая Партия, transcript: Rabochaya Partiya) is a minor political party in Venadia. The party was formed in Khandagrad following the 1972 party congress of the Communist Party of Venadia, after the CPV decided to remove mention of the dictatorship of the proletariat and revolution from its party programme, as well as distancing itself from single-party socialist states. The Worker's Party enjoyed some amount of electoral success in the 1980s and 1990s, where it gained representation in several districts. It has local representatives in several Venadian municipalities as of 2013, most prominently in Khandagrad Tysyacha and Tonovsk. The party lost its last regional representatives in the 2005 election when it failed to cross the electoral threshold in Tonovsk.
