Young Socialists of Tarper, (YST), is the youth section of the Socialist Party of Tarper. Membership to the organization is automatic if the applicant is from 15 to 25 years of age.
It exists to involve young people in the Socialist Party and ensure that the aspirations of young people are reflected in the SP’s policies in power. YST members are able to get involved in the Socialist Party through local policy events, campaigning or by attending events and social gatherings.
YST hosts an annual convention, alternating between national committee elections and policy conferences every other year. YST also holds a range of additional national events, including fringe sessions at the Socialist Party's annual conference.
YST is affiliated to both the International Union of Socialist Youth (IUSY) and Covenant Socialist Youth Union (CSYU).
