The Yuying-class cruiser is a class of cruiser in service with the Songhua Federal Navy. The Yuying-class cruisers are some of Songguo's principal modern heavy surface combatants, and are heavier and larger than their Cuiniao-class cousins, with a heavier anti-ship missile armament. Yuying-class vessels are principally intended to operate with the main surface fleet rather than to support missile boat squadrons, and often form part of a carrier escort or their own smaller surface squadrons. The Yuying-class are one of the more numerous heavy surface combatants in service with the Songhua navy.
